Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM AST will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any delays.


2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available only with relevant promotions.


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of your order.

 

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

  • Remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.

​4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey on the carrier’s website.

 

5. International Shipping

We do not offer shipping outside of Australia. 

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • You Grab, You Go is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible.


7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If we do not hear from you within [X days], the order will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below to ensure a seamless process for any returns you may need to make.

 

1. General Return Policy
  • Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

    • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

    • Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs).

  • Faulty or Damaged Product Returns: If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return.

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with details and, if possible, photos of the issue.

    • We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    • Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.


2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product or size, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

3. How to Initiate a Return
  • Contact our customer service team at info@yougrab-yougo.com.au referencing your order number. 

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team for packaging and shipping your return.

  • For faulty or damaged items, use the prepaid return shipping label provided. For change of mind returns, arrange and pay for the return shipping.


4. Additional Notes
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy (e.g., products not in original condition).
